The apartment:

Our beautiful authentic 2-bedroom apartment is located in the sought-after Capistrano urbanization with truly breath-taking sea, mountain and village views.

The 68m² apartment is fully furnished and consists of two bedrooms. The master bedroom has a double bed and direct access to the terrace; the second bedroom has two single beds, sleeping up to 4 people comfortably. The kitchen is fully equipped and the bathroom is fitted with, shower, toilet and washing machine. The bright, fully furnished living/dining room opens up to a 40m² south-facing terrace with dramatic views to the sea, gardens, mountains and the town-centre. There is easy access to and from the parking lot and swimming pool. The apartment has been upgraded in 2023 and is in a great condition.

You can experience the sun rise from the sea in the mornings and see it set into the mountains at the end of the day. In the evening, there is a lovely panoramic view of “Nerja by night”. Breakfast or pre-dinner drinks on the terrace is simply an unforgettable moment time and time again. The spectacular sun rise and sun set can also be seen during the winter months. Available for both long- and short-term rentals.

The terrace has a large dining table and chairs, a brand-new awning, sun beds and complementary breath-taking views.

The swimming pool with lifeguard is the largest in town, enjoying spectacular panoramic views and includes a children’s pool, snack bars and restaurants.

Location:

San Juan de Capistrano is only a 5 min drive to the town centre of Nerja with its many bars, restaurants and shops or 3 min drive to the famous Burriana beach. There is plenty of free parking and a bus service to and from town and beach.

Spectacular hiking trails into the mountains start right from the doorstep of this apartment. For those interested in hiking, biking, walking and other outdoors activities, we left many ideas, routes and trails in the welcome pack in the apartment as well as links with routes to your smart phone.
